All federal and state firearms laws apply. A background check will be performed at checkout on all firearms unless sold to an FFL dealer with a current copy of their FFL license. Out of state buyers must have guns shipped to an FFL dealer in their state. All pistols are subject to a $10 background check fee. ANY FIREARMS SOLD TO ILLINOIS RESIDENTS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL IN THEIR STATE, INCLUDING LONG GUNS.
